Placing an Order - Privacy Statement:
All credit card transactions on the Miggle.com web site will be protected with Verisign Security which GUARANTEES protection against fraud over the internet.
Safety Statement:
Your Electric Football game is equipped with a polarizing alternating current line plug (a plug having one blade wider than the other). This plug will fit into the power outlet only one way. This is a safety feature. If you are unable to insert the plug fully into the outlet, try reversing the plug. If the plug should still fail to fit, contact your electrician and replace the obsolete outlet -- DO NOT DEFEAT THE SAFETY purpose of the polarized plug.
Parents, as with all electric products, it is recommended that you periodically examine the cord set for a potential hazard. Repair or replace as is necessary.
Ordering Options:
Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery on orders paid with a personal check via regular mail. Online credit card orders or money orders via regular mail ship within 7 days from receipt of order. Express delivery orders (for an additional cost) can only be shipped with money orders via regular mail or see instructions in our online store for online express orders. Express ship within 5 days of our receipt of your order. Sorry…No phone or fax orders, no C.O.D. orders, no stamps.
Shipping and Handling:
Consult the price list on the order form or in our online store for the cost of shipping and handling. These prices are for delivery within the US only. Please contact Miggle's office for Foreign freight charges. When shipping outside the US, customs and duty charges are the customer's responsibility.
Electric Football Game Warranty:
These football games are manufactured with exacting care and have been pre-tested at the factory prior to shipping to you. Exercise normal care in its use and be sure to pack well for storage when not in use.
If at any time you should need service of any type, please contact the factory directly on our toll free #(877) 791-6644 or write us. The store where your game was purchased has no way to assist you, DO NOT take it back there. Your game is unconditionally guaranteed to be free of defects in material and/or workmanship for 60 days from the date of purchase. Your dated store receipt must accompany any request for service. Note: If your game has been damaged during shipping, you must file a claim through Miggle Toys WITHIN 7 DAYS.
